Gene Seiter's Horizon 2

Here are several pictures of my Horizon II of January 23, 2002.  I had the FAA
inspection and will fly it as soon as I fix the problem with the bungees
being too loose.  I built it from plans I purchased from Mike Fisher and
a hardware kit from Gene. It is powered by a Continental C-85 with a
Hegy 72/42 prop.  I covered it with medium fabric on the tail feathers
and light weight elsewhere.   I used the poly fiber system with poly
tone final coats.  It weighs 600 lbs.  It is currently at the Warren
County airport just northeast of Cincinnati, OH.  Hope to be able to let
