Joe Hutton's Tiger Moth

Hi Guys,
        It's official!!! TM28 now has it's airworthiness Certificate. Here are a couple of photos of the plane at time of inspection, 2/5/06.

        Sunday was a good day!!!! The DAR issued the airworthiness Certificate for my Tiger Moth. The inspection went well, with no changes or corrections needed. I was extremely pleased with how smooth and painless this process was.

        Sorry to say, I have had to delay the first flight until next weekend, due to high winds. 15-20 KTS from the side is a little too much for the Tiger Moth. Especially on the first flight.

        Gene, Jerry, and Dave……….many thanks for the info on W&B. On Saturday night, before the inspection, I went through my W&B again. Everything checked out fine, and no adjustments were needed.

        I have attached a few photos, taken on the morning of the inspection. I hope they go through. I'll report more after the first flights.
