John Rogerson's Horizon 1

  To this author's knowledge, there has not been a builder facing more adversity than John Rogerson.  His ongoing dialog with the PFA has been agravating and downright disapointing for John.  As you can see from the pictures here, John has his plane completed.  As it stands right now, the PFA (England's version of the FAA) has required additional analysis on this design prior to approving it for operation. This plane looks ready to jump right off the earth's surface.
